Work started in Nov 2012 on a 15,000 sq ft office due for completion July 2013 for Cartrefi Conwy. Cartrefi Conwy is responsible for 3800 properties that were formally managed by Conwy County Borough Council.

 

Wynne Construction has been appointed by Cartrefi Conwy to the construct their new headquarters.

 

Plans for the site also include community facilities for the tenants and local people.
